Christopher Troke has been licensed in real estate since 1997 and brings nearly three decades of experience across residential, commercial, and land development transactions. Known for his integrity, straight talk, and strong negotiating skills, Chris has built a reputation for navigating complex deals while always putting relationships first. A former military serviceman and Past President of the Saanich Kinsmen Club, community service and leadership have always been an important part of his life. When he’s not working with clients, Chris enjoys sports, volunteering, and practises architectural design and exploring emerging technologies.
